Sky Betting & Gaming
Data Breach Claim

Did you receive an email from Sky Vegas after opting out of gambling promotions?

We believe that Sky Betting & Gaming caused significant harm and distress to people, and we intend to explore the possibility of bringing legal proceedings on their behalf.

There could be the potential for victims to recover damages and, most importantly, will discourage Sky Vegas and other gambling entities from future reckless behaviour.

If you were contacted, please register your interest below and we will be in touch.

We want to hear from you!

We want to hear from anyone who received an email from Sky Vegas despite previously asking not to be contacted via the self-exclusion process.

It is alleged that up to 120,000 people were contacted and offered ‘100 free spins’, despite opting out.

This is the second time the Sky Betting & Gaming Group has breached the terms of its gambling license after they were fined £1 million in 2018 for a similar incident.

PGMBM is now exploring the possibility of bringing a group action on behalf of those impacted.

Anyone registered with us will be the first to know if we proceed with legal action.

Why should you register?

We believe that significant harm could have been caused by Sky Vegas treating their client’s data so recklessly.

The online casino industry can be a toxic environment for recovering addicts, and those impacted by the Sky Vegas data breach have made brave and positive steps to stop gambling giants from targeting them with enticing marketing campaigns.

By registering your details with us, we can hold Sky Betting & Gaming accountable for their actions.
